Description / Features
The highest bore quality with perfect dimensional accuracy can only be achieved with high-performance reamers if the clamping devices do not exert any load on the tool. The requirements with regard to the tolerance range, roughness depth and roundness require a clamping device that compensates for the sum of all positional inaccuracies that occur. In addition, the system should have no backlash. This is the only way to protect the cutting edges of the reaming tools from damage.
